“Jesus is the light of the world.”

Jesus Is the Light Of The world,

The birth of Jesus is the most significant event in history. It is the foundation of the Christian faith and marks the beginning of a new era. Jesus’ birth is hope redemption and is a reminder of God’s love and mercy.

In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not {John 1:4-5).

His light can never be diminished or extinguished, He is the light of the world. It is evident that the darkness of sin in men goes far beyond the fact that Jesus is the light of the world, but men love the darkness that God has created. They love the darkness because it allows them to hide their sins, and they prefer to live in it because it is comfortable. The light of Jesus shines on the darkness, exposing it for what it is Sin. Jesus calls us to come out of the darkness and into the light,”(Ephesians 5:8-11). He offers us forgiveness, grace, and in the light, he gives us a new life filled with hope and joy. We must be willing to let go of the darkness and follow Him. With Jesus, we will find true peace and happiness. We must have the courage to embrace Jesus and His light.–The Prophet Isaiah understood it to mean hope (Isaiah 60:3), the hope of a child lighting up the dark. He prophesied that a child would be born who would bring peace and joy to the world. This child would be the light of the world, bringing hope and the promise of a better future. This child would come in the form of baby, who would be a light to all nations. He would be the bridge between God and man, bringing salvation and the promise of eternal life. Jesus would be a shining example of love and compassion, bringing an end to all suffering and injustice. His light would shine in the darkness, bringing hope and redemption for all. His light would shine in the darkness, bringing hope and redemption for all.

By coming to earth and becoming the light of the world, Christ revealed the essence of His kingdom and the power of His love.

According to the apostle John: The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. Jesus‘ light shines in the darkness, bringing hope to all who seek it. He is the only source of true light and the only path to eternal life, and the Savior of the world. It is he who is the way, the truth, and the life and the example of what we should all strive to emulate.”(John 1:9-12). That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.

He is our hope and our light in times of darkness. God sent a message of hope in the form of a child to be born who would rule with justice and righteousness. The child was promised to bring salvation and deliverance from judgement. The child would be Immanuel, meaning “God with us”. He was to be the savior of the world, and God’s promise of hope and redemption. The child was Jesus Christ, who fulfilled the prophecy and would ultimately be crucified for our sins. Through His death and resurrection, He gave us eternal life and the hope of salvation, “(John 8:12)”Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.–Jesus’ sacrifice was the ultimate act of love, and we are forever grateful. He will always be with us, through His grace and love. As agents of His kingdom, we are called to spread His message, to be the light of the world, to illuminate the darkness, and to bring hope to others based on His example.

  • He is the only source of true peace and joy, and the one who can bring us closer to our heavenly Father.
  • He is the source of love, mercy, and grace, and the one who desires to bring all people to salvation.
  • He is our Redeemer, our hope, and our joy.
  • He brings justice, peace and love to the world.
  • He usher in a time of joy and celebration.
  • He led us into a new age of redemption and restoration.
  • He is a beacon of hope and a beacon of light.
  • He will be a source of strength and courage, and He will be a leader of nations.
  • He brings peace, justice, and love to the world and He put an end to all suffering and oppression.
  • He is the light of the world.

The joy of those who receive Christ is like the joy of the crops, when they divide the harvest. It is a time of celebration, a time of joy, a time of thanksgiving. A time to be grateful for the blessings of God. It is a time to share the good news with those around us. It is with comfort and joy that Christ comes with tidings of good news.

Christ, by taking upon himself the burden of the law of sin and death, takes away the burden of guilt that is in us, and takes it away from us. We can now be filled with hope and joy, and we are a light on the world, “(Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven,”(Matthew 5:14-16). As a light in the world, we are a beacon of hope. We are a reminder of the power of kindness, love and a light in the darkest hour, to be the voice of repentance, redemption, unity, and acceptance that Jesus is calling for, we must be willing to act as he did in serving as a voice to spread His message. Let your light shine for someone who has not yet encountered Jesus Share His love and forgiveness and show them the way to salvation. Pray for them and encourage them to find Jesus. Be an example of His teachings and live a life that honors Him.

We can now be freed from the bondage of sin and death, now live with a clear conscience, knowing that our sins are going to be forgiven. Our Lord meets the justice of God, so we can have joy before God because of his sacrifice and having eternal life and saved from the power of sin, we can experience the promised to be reconciled with God. The world is in need of light, and we can be that light. We can be a light of hope and salvation for those who are lost and searching for answers. We can show the world the power of Jesus and His unconditional love, a light in a dark and uncertain world. Let others see that Jesus has paid all, so you are no longer slaves to sin, but to righteousness, ” (Romans 6:12-13)’and that you are now walking in the light Show them that Jesus is the only answer and that He is the only source of true freedom. Lead them to the foot of the cross and help them accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
