Jesus needed to die to enable us to be forgiven by God, for his word says we all
have sinned.
The scriptures, his word! Tell us that we were utterly helpless, ‘Christ Jesus, came at just the right time and he gave His life for all creation, for the sin of the whole
world.
Romans 5:6-8 You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though
for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
No amount of good works or deeds on our part were acceptable to God, because we were dead to him. That is why only Jesus’ death could save all humanity, he
was the sinless spotless Lamb of God.
1 Peter 1:18-21 For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you
from your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. He was chosen before the creation of the world but was
revealed in these last times for your sake. Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in
God.
Placing our Faith In Him Alone, “Jesus Christ’
When we place our faith in him alone, to take our sins away. God in His gracious kindness and Love and infinite Grace declares us not guilty.
Romans 3:22-26 This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through
the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood, to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins
committed beforehand unpunished, he did it to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.
The Lord God, made ‘Jesus Christ ‘ Who never sinned, To be an offering for our sins. To be the offering for our sinful nature. So we could be made right with God
through his beloved Holy Son; Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
“Jesus Christ’ The only one Who can break the power of death and life. And who can permanently remove all sinful nature. There was no way for God’s Holiness
and justice to be justified; except for the son of the living God, ‘Jesus Christ. God’s sinless son died for us, because God’s perfect justice was satisfied, Jesus

Christ was the only seemingly possible way to break the power of death and life, and to put away sin forever. Jesus’s death and resurrection was indisputable, for us to be made right with a Holy and Just God. Because God wanted an eternal relationship with us.
Hebrews 2:14 Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the
power of death, that is, the devil.
God’s children are human beings made of Flesh and Blood. The Son also became flesh and blood, For only by dying could he break the power of the devil, who
had the power of death, until Christ return as The Lion Of Judah.
(Romans 8:16-18) The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs, heirs of God and co-heirs
with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
Jesus’s Sinless and Blemish Free Life, the Messiah humbled himself in order to serve mankind and ministry.
(Hebrew 9:14-15) How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences
from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God! For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive
the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.
The Son of Man (Mark 10:45) For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Jesus Made Fully Human (Hebrews 2:5-9) It is not to angels that he has subjected the world to come, about which we are speaking. But there is a place
where someone has testified: “What is mankind that you are mindful of them, a son of man that you care for him? You made them a little lower than the
angels; you crowned them with glory and honor and put everything under their feet.” In putting everything under them, God left nothing that is not subject to
them. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to them. But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with
glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he mighttaste death for everyone.
Crowned with Glory (Luke 5:32) I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”
WHEN CHRIST JESUS CAME INTO THE WORLD (Hebrews 10:5-8) Therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said: “Sacrifice and offering you did not
desire, but a body you prepared for me; with burnt offerings and sin offerings you were not pleased. Then I said, ‘Here I am, it is written about me in the scroll, I
have come to do your will, my God.’ ” First he said, “Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them”,
though they were offered in accordance with the law.
HE SAT DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD (Hebrews 10:9-18) Then he said, “Here I am, I have come to do your will.” He sets aside the first to establish the
second. And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice
for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God. and since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool. For by one sacrifice, he has made perfect
forever those who are being made holy. The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First, he says: “This is the covenant I will make with them after that time,
says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds.” Then he adds: “Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more.” And
where these have been forgiven, sacrifice for sin is no longer necessary.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, Thank you that through your word I acknowledge that from Adam and Eve, sin and death entered the world it brought death and spread to everyone. We were completely separated from you. You commanded Adam and Eve not to eat from the fruit of good and evil, you told them if they eat, they will surely die, and you meant eternally spiritually separated from you. You couldn’t have a relationship with humanity as we were, because of sin, that would conflict with Your Holiness and Purity. You couldn’t overlook the sin because that would violate your justice in your Holiness, you couldn’t abide in sin.
Thank you, Lord, that you couldn’t overlook and leave us as we were. You knew we all are spiritually dead to sin as our condition has rendered us dead, and dead people can do nothing to remedy their own condition. Lord God, thank you that if you didn’t do anything to save humans, we would’ve remained eternally separated from you. Thank you, Lord, that in your infinite love for humanity you had a masterpiece and merciful unique plan. Thank you that you knew it would take a human sacrifice, the death of your beloved Son.
Thank you, Lord, for your son Jesus, who died on the cross to save humanity from eternal condemnation. Thank you that you purchased us with eternal life by your son Jesus shedding his blood on the cross. Thank you, Lord, that I understand that no amount of good works or deeds on my part are acceptable to you, because we were dead. Thank you that we know his death was necessary to bring salvation to all humanity, nothing else could save us.
Thank you, Lord, that you knew that His Death and His Resurrection was indispensable for us to be made right with a Holy and Just God. Thank you, Lord, you finished the work on the cross that gives us reconciliation, justification, sanctification, salvation, redemption, forgiveness, adoption. With your atoning sacrifice bought with a Holy price that give us a zeal that can never be broken. Thank you, Lord in the Righteous Powerful name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
For God Be All Glory, Forever, Through Our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen. “By Elda Sullins.
Isaiah 53:5
But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
Roman 5:12
Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned
